Great hotel with friendly staff and fine service
Right from the first welcome the staff at the hotel were great – really helpful and friendly. The rooms were well equipped and, considering the hotel is right next to Times Square, really quiet. The buffet breakfast lets you take as much or as little time as you wish and the lounge area was fine for relaxing, reading the papers or chatting to the other guests. You can get tea or coffee any time in the lounge area, where they also serve a cheese and wine buffet in the early evening – which can either serve as a light snack or complete meal if you wish. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time – it’s easy to get pretty much anywhere in Manhattan from the hotel via the subway (around 200 yds from the hotel door). Would gladly return if we get the opportunity and would definitely recommend this hotel.
